BellevueCERT.org membership is restricted to graduates of the FEMA CERT Basic Course that live or work in Bellevue, Washington. It is a resource to support CERT graduates in disaster preparedness. Only approved CERT Basic Course graduates may access any content beyond the Home Page.

There are two levels of BellevueCERT.org membership:

Individual– Your interest for using BellevueCERT.org is to maintain preparedness for yourself and your household. You do not intend to volunteer for Bellevue CERT events. BellevueCERT.org use for Individual members has these limitations:
- Team content is not visible to you.
- You can read all members’ posts, but not create new posts or comments.
- Your information is only visible to the CERT Board.
Team – In addition to maintaining preparedness for yourself and your household, you also intend to participate in Bellevue CERT events. BellevueCERT.org use for Team members has these features:
- Unrestricted access to content.
- You can read and create posts. You can comment on other Team members’ posts.
- Your name, neighborhood and email address are visible to all other Team members.
- Your home and work addresses, phone numbers, and CERT program status are visible to only Team Leads and the CERT Board.
